Patrick Sullivan was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1996. Since that time, he has acted as counsel in a wide variety of commercial litigation and administration matters, most notably in areas related to securities litigation, commercial litigation, corporate litigation, insurance coverage issues including Fidelity Bonds, defamation and contractual litigation.
Patrick is adept at understanding and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses in a case. He uses those strengths to work with his clients to develop an overarching strategy designed to maximize the results for the client.
Patrick’s clients include brokerage houses, public and private companies, and business people. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of Court in British Columbia. He also appears regularly as counsel before a variety of regulatory tribunals, including the British Columbia Securities Commission and IIROC.
In 2001, Patrick along with Robert Taylor and Carey Veinotte founded Taylor Veinotte Sullivan, Barristers, a firm dedicated to providing a high standard of counsel work on a cost effective and results oriented basis.
